"Delaware has a franchise tax in place; it’s costing some of these businesses upwards of a million dollars in taxes every year, we can go after those businesses so long as we put very low incorporation fees in place. So as long as we maintain that structure we’ve go a good chance at being competitive and maintaining a pretty significant revenue stream for the state but you need to be very cautious as to what type of taxes could be imposed. - Ross Miller, Nevada Secretary of State referring to various tax ideas that are being floated in Carson City.
