"MGM has such an incredible land bank surrounding its casinos and underneath some of it’s older casinos that could be redeveloped and I think that the people involved in the company believe that that land is worth more than Wall Street is valuing it, even now. So as long as there’s a difference between how Wall Street values the company and the way Kerkorian values the company, if he thinks it’s worth more, he may opt to take it private with help of a partner like Dubai World. "
