"It used to be that it was all unhealthy companies, but that’s changed dramatically. The Harrah’s transaction, the Stations transactions are both very healthy companies. That certainly private equity (companies) said the stock market isn’t valuing them appropriately and we can access the capital to buy that company, run it for three, four, five years and then either flip it in an IPO or sell it to somebody else. "
