- Assemblyman Greg Koenig (AD-38) says we’re going to see a lot of amendments this session due to the threat of the governor’s veto, noting it will be better to get more down the middle than completely along party lines. He shares the example of SB124, explaining that when word got out of a potential veto from Governor Lombardo, the bill came back with three additional amendments that then passed.
