He explains that himself and Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman caught a lot of slack for not enforcing the state’s closure rules and being outspoken about the economy’s devastation, saying he still can’t believe the governor shut down schools and businesses, forced kids to wear masks, and categorized essential and nonessential employees for as long as he did.
