"The County Commissioners in Clark County have authorized the hiring of about 120 new employees down there. Those employees are being assigned to a number of the problem areas whether that’s Child Haven supervision, improving our ability to respond on a 24/7 basis, on child protective services complaints, recruiting more foster parents downsizing or increasing the case load ratios (so) that case workers have smaller case loads. "
