"It’s always in my mind, well so what! If we were asleep back then (1997 session) so be it. I don’t think we were, but we’re not asleep now, and we’ve got the needs and we need to go forward and I’m not worried about pointing fingers at anybody back in 97. That’s gone, but we have to show the case and I know we can, that we need to be on an equal footing. We need that additional revenue and we’re going to forward and go after it. "
