- Justice James Hardesty, Nevada Supreme Court regarding the lack of newspaper coverage of the death of former Supreme Court Justice Charles Springer who died recently at age 90, one day short of his 91st birthday. He served 18 years on the Nevada Supreme Court, including tumultuous times on the court, in the 1990’s. Former Supreme Court Justice Noel Manoukian also died recently, with no newspaper coverage.
